INI options
Every option this build registers, parsed from options.cpp. They live in
diablo.ini beside your saves; the Oracool block is written with explanatory comments.
Most options take effect immediately. A few are read once at a specific moment -
Naked Heroes at character creation, for instance - and the description says so.
